Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Certain products may have specific return requirements (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Children’s Scissors (once packaging is opened)
- Guillotine Paper Trimmers (due to blade safety concerns)
- Cutting Mats that show signs of use
- Any personalized or custom-ordered items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request.
- Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below).
- Wait for return authorization – We’ll email you within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your return securely – Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Ship your return to our Denver facility using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility):
- Refund Method: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different product (such as switching from Aluminum Clipboards to Acrylic/Plastic Clipboards):
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate in your request the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as a malfunctioning Electric Stapler or broken Bulldog Clip):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
